What We Provide
IAG provides complete fee collection systems for parks. These systems include Point of Sale touch screen registers, receipt printers, cash drawers, Datacap purchase card modems and readers, and a suite of Advantage back office software for the collection, storage, analysis, and a report generator for all your reporting and analysis needs. The system comes with a License and Support Agreement to insure a long and reliable product life.

Who We Are
NPS Support is a division of Intermountain Advantage Group (IAG). Intermountain Retail Solutions, LLC and Advantage Solutions, LLC have joined forces to provide fee collection systems and License and Support Agreements (LSAs) for over 100 National Parks in the USA.
IAG has been honored to serve the National Park Service for over fifteen years. We now have over 60 parks that have our commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) point of sale (POS) systems which consist of Datasym registers and Datacap purchase card modems driven by the Advantage back office data collection, analysis and report generating software. We have an additional 40 parks that we are serving in a lesser capacity, for example, small parks that have purchased Datasym or Sharp registers from us and do not have the Advantage back office software.
This site is intended for use by NPS fee departments and provides the needed information and resources to help you determine whether or not our system is what you need to insure accurate and secure purchase card processing in the collection of park entrance fees.
